@SquirrelyQue6 Rucking was a huge impact for me although I am a male I eat 5000 plus calories most days and don’t gain weight been great feels like I get the best of both worlds now but I have been doing this a few years now
@Jh1495 I have done it with heavy cream or goat yogurt and lmnt not bad but it’s a rare treat I don’t really crave more than beef and ground beef these days
