Qadian: A Refuge for the Displaced.

“A rampage of bloodshed was underway everywhere, particularly in East Punjab…”

A powerful introduction to the human tragedy of Partition. The narration describes violence spreading through the region and people moving towards Qadian in search of safety. The contrast between a landscape engulfed in violence and a community seeking refuge offers a compelling emotional arc.
