@lesmartin7 I had it. Have been in terrible debilitating pain. Had acupuncture. Pain went immediately. I mean immediately. The relief is amazing. Book it ASAP. I go to somebody in Harrogate if you’re near by. Woodlands clinic. If not there’s loads of them all over the country

@LBC @GlobalPlayer @AndrewMarr9 @Jeremy_Hunt These pressures come from his reforms and austerity. The tories have kicked the arse out of goodwill and what’s left is the result of everyone being close to@or actually burnt out. Much of it whilst the Tories were partying.

@Ofstednews @amanda_spielman The destruction created by OFSTED has to be seen to be believed. Nobody should be able to make the job so insufferable. I say this as a successful headteacher who has always had good inspection outcomes. It’s plain wrong. Badly thought through and bad for education. In my opinion

@Headteacherchat Perhaps think of ways to engage staff in inspiring behaviour change as oppose to asking them to cover. It can work and create longer term positive impacts. Cover feels like more unpaid work which doesn’t build capacity long term.

Loving my new job. The HT role was taking too much of my life. It was impossible to find balance as I had multiple school which really needed muiple heads but there wasn’t enough money. I was red up of propping up a badly funded system.
