Safety on scene is the #1 priority for every provider. Each unit has reflective vests and ballistic vests to protect us on specific calls. Virginia also has a specific law known as the MOVE OVER law.

Health and Wellness, and Resiliency is all about checking up on each other and taking care of ourselves. Our system has a Peer-Support Team, Therapy Dogs, and MANY other resources for mental health in first responders.
