Morning case was a typhoid perforation, straight to laparotomy. Now it’s noon, patient is stable in ICU, still under close monitoring. A tough start to the day, but glad the critical part is done.

Unlike the first image you shared (which clearly showed a ring-enhancing lesion consistent with brain abscess), this scan does not show any obvious focal mass, abscess, or ring-enhancing lesion
