Our legal system was designed to protect victims. But in too many corners of the country, it has been turned into a high-volume business model that prioritizes advertising spend over outcomes.
Billboard attorneys push victims toward unnecessary treatments with higher bills, resulting in larger settlements and more profit for lawyers and doctors.
They also push victims into largely unregulated lien arrangements. Inflated charges can leave victims buried in debt.
