PAD & @PopulationCU have released the newest TiDbit installment on Domestic Migration: https://t.co/nGUN0mb3DB. More people moved out of NYS than into it each year for the past decade. However, recent losses due to domestic migration were driven by more people moving out of NYC.
Today @uscensusbureau released the 2023 County Population Estimates! Our highlights for New York State are out, here: https://t.co/sobB59TswH. The number of counties in NYS with more people moving in than moving out (positive net migration) over doubled from the 2022 period.
