If you are voting in Pennsylvania for the first time or if you are voting at a new polling place, you must show proper proof of identification. Acceptable ID includes both photo and non-photo ID.

The May 19 Primary Election is less than a month away. Counties are currently preparing absentee and mail-in ballots, mailing and receiving military and overseas ballots, educating voters on timelines and rules, and recruiting and training poll workers. The deadline for voter registration for the Primary is May 4, 2026. The last day to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot is May 12, 2026.
