March 21 is the #InternationalDayForTheEliminationOfRacialDiscrimination which started in South Africa after 69 peaceful protestors were killed by police. Racism is not just a U.S occurrence but a global one and we must work as a community to end the discrimination!
Within a society that reduces us to our production despite our collective trauma and circumstances, we have to prioritize rest precisely because we’ve never been able to. Black folks deserve and are owed a guilt-free rest. And we need to take it.

U.S.A, was published by John Russwurm and Samuel Cornish in NYC. Majority of Black-owned newspapers history and existence has been erased from record due to racial fires. #BlackHistory
March 10th 1990 become Harriet Tubman Day. Harriet was an abolitionist, activist and believed in reforming oppressive systems. To honor her we must continue her work to dismantle oppressive systems that keep us from succedding!
