Then allow them to manage their own time and order of tasks to meet such expectations. Don’t micromanage but also don’t be afraid to check in weekly

@Pasca_Lab I started in 2000 and also became a citizen in 2013. Oddly enough the “ceremony” was held at the Toledo Zoo. Not sure there was supposed to be a hidden meaning there hahaha
