@IndiGo6E My 3rd Dec First flight was cancelled,the next was cancelled, the third was delayed so I had to cancel — and now my luggage has reached the destination WITHOUT me even boarding the flight.
This kind of arbitrary and careless handling is shocking. @DGCAIndia
