@BMW_UK appalling treatment in Ruxley today. My car had been in BMW Ruxley since 2nd May due to a recall and when I picked it up today after 5 long weeks of wait they made me paid for the car service, a total of £116.50. This is totally unacceptable, not waiving the service fee?
