"Package was left in the mail room". Very unprofessional management. Very disappointed.

For the THIRD time, I’ve received a FALSE “Delivered” message, but no item was delivered.Your policy asks me to wait 48 hrs before even requesting a refund. Why should I suffer for your delivery failure? Even your executive couldn’t reach the delivery agent.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), such repeated false delivery confirmations may constitute “deficiency of service” and trade practice. I expect:Immediate resolution and refund without enforced waiting ,Accountability for repeated delivery misconduct .
