For almost a year now my current Reserve unit has failed me. Sat on my ADOS orders until it was too late, forgot that I wasnt on ADOS orders, told me I was on my own to try and transfer units since my HOR changed ("Use IPPSA,"), and now told me why I wasnt getting paid.

My favorite part was when my BC tried to get an emotional rise out of me during a final one on one, so that he would have an excuse to give me a negative report. I'm just looking at him thinking, "dude's trying to get me to hit him."

The only less than stellar OER I received was during my command time at 4th ID. Because I chose to make sure my Soldiers went home at decent times, did what I could to raise moral, and questioned unlawful orders. My career took a hit, but I could sleep soundly at night.
