What makes it even better? We weren’t alone, thousands more across the globe were running simultaneously for those who can’t.

We’ve partnered with the CSIR to create a digital tracking tool for the city’s service delivery war-room. This platform allows for live data capturing across the city’s departments.

We get a first hand account of the number of service requests, response times and weekly scheduled operational plans.

This platform allows us to better manage our oversight responsibilities as a mayoral executive.
