If you haven't gotten your pads yet we will do that this week. If people are on the fence get them out.
One of the best things to see as a coach:
Driving by your field and seeing players getting extra work in on their own.
No one told them to be there, no whistle, or practice schedule.
That’s always so rewarding. 👊
As you head out for the BBQs, poolside fun or just fun with family and friends remember why you have the ability to do so. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms

Participation in youth sports/activities is as important as many of the classes my kids take at school. Maybe more important.
How to build the best athletic version of your child
-Play all sports during season
-Practice skills in the offseason with a parent, friend or self
-Lift/Train/Sprint 3X a week year round forever yes even during season
What parents will actually do, none of the above
The PBL Boys Basketball program is looking for motivated coaches at the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade levels. If interested please contact Coach Hatfill (Varsity Boys Basketball Coach) or Lindsey Alred (JH Athletic Director).
Quick notice:
Mon: weight room will be open at 9am
Wed: no morning weights, afternoon still on
*8th grade meeting during lunch hour combined with @PBL_BB
Thurs: morning and afternoon weights available
Tues April 14th is current HS student meeting. 1 before & 1 after school
