Migrant workers in Canada face increased risk of abuse and exploitation in Canada. The resources created and offered through this partnership will help migrant workers learn of their rights and provide tools for their self-advocacy.
Canada's growing elderly population face multiple barriers to justice due to issues such as ageism and poverty. This clinic seeks to help those who otherwise could not afford the cost of a will or POA, while providing students with practical experience in writing these documents.
The intersection between freedom of expression claims and access to reproductive health services is a significant legal issue.
The research in this project will shine a light on the legal discourse related to conflicting rights and its impact on access to reproductive justice.
Our PBSC chapter at UNB's Faculty of Law partners with Imprint Youth Association to offer the Trans ID clinic, which helps clients by providing information and support in updating their documents so that their documents reflect their true selves.
