HISTORY
Elizabeth Hughes Gossett (August 19, 1907 – April 21, 1981) developed #T1D in 1918 at the age of 11 and was one of the first people in the world treated with insulin for type 1 diabetes.
First week on Omnipod 5 automated mode + adjustments I made https://t.co/JiSvf34AqV via @YouTube For her very first video a lot of great content. Worth sharing. #T1D#type1diabetes#omnipod5#omnipod
It's essential to understand & remember that you can't define people by their jobs. I prefer to define people by their life in general. With that, I want to send out another congratulation to this beautiful young lady who graduated on April 30th! Life begins. #fineartphotog
@growingwisdom@TerryWBZ So beautifully written! Thank you for honoring and respecting her memory in such a thoughtful manner. I'm just a fan who grew up watching her and in awe of what she represented for women of all nationalities.❤️
@Trishrags@weatherchannel So sad and thank you for bringing her back, if only for a brief time. She deserved so much more in her hard-working career. I would have loved seeing her having a big comeback. I have no respect for the one man who destroyed her career.
Insulin for Type 1 diabetics keeps people with type 1 diabetes alive. T1Ds can happen at any age, but it mainly occurs at a very young age: toddlers & teens. To charge $100.00+ per bottle that typically lasts less than a month is ridiculous. x2=$200.00 https://t.co/ImcofeU7oA
Fine art portrait of Rasha. We met at a dog park a few years ago and have always stayed connected. Every few years, we schedule a shoot along with her good friend Sarah.
