Councilwoman Imelda Padilla’s Office is hosting multiple Love of Literacy events throughout the first week of February. The Love of Literacy will be held at various Branch Libraries, including Van Nuys, Sun Valley, and Panorama City, and will take place from 4PM to 7PM.
Our second YUTEP session dove into the world of seeds! Students learned about seed monopolization and its impact on Indigenous communities, then created handmade seed packets for our community library.
YUTEP is open to high school students. Join us Wednesdays from 4:30–6:30 PM!
