Not all rights of a US citizen apply to a resident this is FACTUALLY correct whether you and I like it or not.

Under the law a US born citizen CANNOT be stripped of citizenship due to speech.

A green card holder can be stripped of status and deported due to speech because green card holders have stipulations that come along with the green card (I held one for 10 years)

Whether I think he should or shouldn’t is irrelevant.
