Phantoms secure first road win:
Pine Barrens 4, Blackwood Bears 1
Frankie McCartney (5 IP, 0 ER, 5 K) wins for the first time this summer. Ty Lender saved it with two innings of work (4 K).
Luke Baumann went 1-2 with a run scored while Robbie Plunkett had two hits.
Phantoms have announced the retirement of Gerard Lamola, Connor Arsenault and Zach Ellin. We thank them for their contributions over the years.

Frankie McCartney struck out 10 Bears over six innings. He allowed just two hits.
Jack Gilmer had two hits and three RBI while Mark Wickersham went 3-3 with two RBI.
Phantoms take on the Gartons of Vineland at 7:30 at Patty Bowker.
