Dealer has been great but they’re dealing with technology that just isn’t working. Tried to get sled replaced and BRP won’t do a thing. Said they would “compensate” me whatever that means. Offered an extra month warranty. Some good to you in July.

Have a 2019 BackCountry XRS 850 with Shot Start. First run pull cord never worked, and Shot Start never either.

Second run, pull cord free’d up and then completely failed and Shot Worked once over the entire weekend. Had it serviced and replaced pull cord assembly. Before I got it out of the trailer it shut off with an electrical burning smell and never started after and ruined my weekend.

Brought back the 2nd time for shot service and put new ultra capacitor in and worked once during the weekend. Brought back again and now the same thing. My sled has been in for service for about 6 weeks since December.
