Tonight I have handed my 24hr notice in with my command team, where I will be hanging up the traffic cap and will no longer be playing with the fast cars.

Been in the service on/off 4 years, managed to achieve one of my goals of being Superintendent of RPU.

Been an honour and pleasure to work with some of the staff that keeps the constabulary running on a daily basis, working alongside of them has been brilliant they will know who are are

A man has been arrested after climbing a fence and getting into a yard outside the Houses of Parliament.

He managed to get over two fences into New Palace Yard, where PC Keith Palmer was stabbed to death by a terrorist in 2017.

Good to be on patrol today,

Coming on briefly TR 572 in the amazing marked BMW 530D. responded to an officer down call as well as a mini RTC that was dealt with rather sharpish!!.

Out tonight with one of the new PTCs showing him briefly what RPU get up to.

A shift that has been so pear shaped…. Been a interesting shift tonight with plenty of things happening including me accidentally spiking one of my own colleagues with the stinger but we can all laugh it off and enjoy the shift also my promotion to A/SUPT of RPU as well

Full force tonight !!

Been one of the craziest shifts I’ve ever had to deal with since Cambs has rejoined tonight plenty of interesting calls including this illegal rave taking police made 8 arrests in the end busy night in the cells

Out and about tonight with the unmarked fleet doing some proactive patrolling and assisting firearms with their operations whilst unmarked.

You know a pursuit is a good one when you've used your vehicle as a ram and chasing after the decamped suspect whilst your sirens are still blaring in the background.

Working with the firearms team on a combined pursuit to tackle tonight's road crime in foxton.
