It’s not just your licence at stake when you drink drive. Don’t be responsible for injuring a mate - or worse. Please this festive season, drink OR drive!
On Friday, members of the Police and Crime Panel visited our Force Control Room to see first-hand how Kent Police handle emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritise incidents, and keep Kent safe.
Last week, we joined the Kent Police Roads Policing Team in Dartford for an operation targeting uninsured drivers. Driving without insurance is illegal and vehicles found without valid cover can be seized on the spot.

On Monday, we welcomed a new cohort of call handlers to the Kent Police Control Room. They will play a vital role in keeping Kent safe by being the first point of contact for those in need.
We wish them the very best as they begin their journey in the Kent Police family! 👏
