2026 PCDL MVP: TJ Bender 🏆

The Most Valuable Player award belongs to the athlete who consistently changes the game, and this summer, nobody embodied that more than TJ Bender.

From opening day to the final out of the World Series, TJ delivered at the plate, competed in the biggest moments, and proved to be one of the most complete players in the league. His production, leadership, and ability to rise to the occasion made him an impact player all season long.

The PCDL is designed to bring together elite competition and challenge players to perform under pressure, and TJ answered the call all summer long.

2026 PCDL Pitcher of the Year: Aiden Strickland 🏆

Dominance on the mound. Consistency in the biggest moments. A competitor every time he took the baseball.

Throughout the summer, Aiden separated himself as one of the premier arms in the league, setting the tone with his ability to attack the zone, execute pitches, and lead his team when it mattered most.

The PCDL is built to challenge players in competition and a high-level training environment Aiden rose to that challenge all summer long. His performance earned him the title of the 2026 PCDL Pitcher of the Year, voted on by the PCDL coaching staff.

Congratulations, Aiden, on an incredible summer and a well-deserved honor. The future is bright. ⚾️🔥

For seven weeks, this talented group of collegiate players has competed, developed, and prepared for what comes next. Today, they have one more chance to represent their programs, teammates, and the work they have put in throughout the summer.

Today's offensive honors go to Nate Caraballo and Bryce Beyers after two outstanding performances at the plate.

Caraballo provided the big swing of the day with a two-run home run, while Beyers paced the offense with three hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in two runs to cap off another productive day in PCDL action.

We caught up with Nate and Bryce following today's game to discuss their performances, the work they've put in throughout the summer, and finishing strong as we head into the final day of the Premier Collegiate Development League tomorrow.
