FINAL
Lafayette 4 (29-8)

The Lancers took control early scoring a pair of runs in the 2nd then the 5th innings to keep hold of a lead behind quality pitching (albeit some walks and HBP’s) but ultimately allowed one run on 4 hits. Lafayette knocks out Eureka in the district finals for the 2nd time in three years this time on Eureka home soil.
Lafayette wins Class 6 District 2 and advance to the quarterfinals where they’ll host Vianney in a best of 3 series.
‘27 Gavin Kohler finishes things off with 3 scoreless innings of relief to give @LancerBSB the Class 6 District 2 Championship
