Madison DPCED staffers recently took part in a learning exchange with members of Milwaukee's planning department to share their approaches and lessons learned when it comes to design review as part of the development review process, as well as engagement on area plan efforts.
The ultimate goal of the program is to make sure renters have access to affordable, safe, and healthy housing options as part of a broader strategy to foster stable and sustainable communities.
