@Sur_Taka@cremieuxrecueil Apologies, I shouldn’t have assumed you would read between the lines. Basic reading and reasoning is sufficient if you want to put up an average score and cross your fingers on getting into a bad school, otherwise it is inadequate
@BrAgLifeEnjoyer Best thing to do at this point is spend as much time reviewing your PTs as taking them. Right down explicitly what you’re getting wrong and keep a mistake tracker
@Sur_Taka@cremieuxrecueil This question is middle of the road difficulty (average score of a person who gets this q right is 158, which is bad). The real challenge is the time control (1m 32s target for this q, high scorers 75s or less) and the curve breaker questions
@Almijisti@cvvobh@cremieuxrecueil As someone who has scored in 97th+ percentile on an LSAT, this is not the response of someone scoring in the 97th percentile lol
@ragefighthouse@VerbloomLSAT@LBienmuller This is an average difficulty question, and the average score of a person that correctly answers the question is a 158 (bad score). Target time to correctly answer is 1m 32s.
To be fair, there is a Reading Comprehension section, but this is from a Logical Reasoning section
@drhagen@cremieuxrecueil This is actually purposeful by the LSAT writers, the distinction between “worse” and “worst”, “better” and “best” and other relative vs absolute terms is a consistent theme of the test. It specifically tests your understanding that good is worse than great
@cremieuxrecueil There are common “traps” that the LSAT writers set, but not real trick questions. Out of the thousands of LSAT problems i’ve done, only 1 felt poorly done enough to warrant “trick question” frustration, and I’m sure if I returned to it now i’d feel differently
@cremieuxrecueil D-No Support/Anti-Supported, we know modern science is built on posing hypotheses and testing them for accuracy, and we know that few have found evidence that global warming is unlikely, which is weak support that skeptics have tested hypo, which would require offering hypo 3/4
@fvckcub @_gh0stn A lot of people are being malicious in their expression. The core point still stands. She has no emergency fund, while paying for non-essentials ranging from a $300 festival to an $8/m checkmark (likely w/ other n-e purchases within that range).
