Congratulations to our Pi Challenge winners this year! Prizes will be delivered after Easter. We'll announce the winners of the Maths Careers Challenge after Easter too... we have a lot of sheets to look through!
Competition for the Pi Challenge is heating up. First place is currently 162 digits. Second place is 139 digits. Third place is 98 digits. Six hours until entries close and winners are announced!
Our Pi Day competition is well under way this week! Top score at the moment is 121 digits of pi but there's still time to steal first prize (second and third place will also win prizes). You have until Friday!
There are lots of things happening in maths this week as we belatedly celebrate Pi Day! Having a former student in to talk about maths in her career and to inspire students to think about unlikely career paths is just the beginning!
Don't be shocked we haven't marked Pi Day today! It is coming; we're just allowing our friends in science a good old science week before the onslaught of mathematical goodness!
(HAPPY PI DAY!)
Love World Book Day, the enthusiasm from all involved is fantastic. Well done all this that took part. Here is a few of the characters from maths. Can you guess who is who? @EnglishPCSA@Priorycsa@PCSAMaths
We're all very excited to welcome our new year 7s tomorrow! Everyone gets nervous on their first day but you'll all be flying around in no time at all.
We have a shiny new teacher fresh out of the box! Fantastic news today! (Equally fantastic for our other passing teachers this week, and more good news to come we're sure!) Well done all!
With the finish line in sight, Hoy have stretched their lead ❤
Can they be caught? @bethtweddlenews@TomDaley1994 Holmes 💚💙💛

A 'wonderful' piece of data for our year 10 statisticians... What do we make of this? (As a piece of data representation, not as political commentary...!)
