This morning Alison Craig will be appearing in the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the Canadian Prison Law Association. The appeal relates to the availability of habeas corpus to federal inmates to challenge prison placements.
Today was the second day of a human trafficking trial for one of Alison Craig’s clients. After she finished cross examining the complainant, the crown invited a dismissal of all charges.
Today Alison Craig started a sexual assault and sexual interference trial. After she cross examined the complainant, the Crown asked that all charges be dismissed.
Today was day two of an assault and sexual assault trial for Alison Craig's client. Midway through the cross examination of the complainant, all charges were withdrawn.
