The union must put equality at the heart of everything we do. At present it feels like an afterthought.

For starters, myself and @Marion4GS pledge that all offers will be equality impact assessed, to stop the union continuing to accept discriminatory proposals.

Ticket office closures may boost the bottom line for train operating companies & their shareholders but they won’t benefit the public one jot.

We need a railway run for passengers - delivered by well-paid, securely employed staff - not profit!
