分かったのはUIが若干変更されているのと、管轄するPrecinctが分かるようになったことでしょうか。

The NYPD’s Rank & File were set up by City Hall & 1 Police Plaza for failure.

Two things were blatantly obvious last night:

1. There is NO way there is 35,000 cops.
2. Recently, NYPD planning has significantly declined.

All on hands were on deck last night and yet they appeared uncoordinated and not well staffed.

Expect a celebratory “Crime Is Down” and “Crime is at historic lows” press conference soon.
