@PCUChoral is delighted to announce our next concert in @PortseaParish. Maurice Duruflé’s haunting Requiem is one of the most beautiful of 20th century choral masterpieces. In the organ loft will be Ian Richardson bringing his very special magic to the accompaniment.

With the ghost of J S Bach looming over his shoulder, it is a brave composer who will tackle writing a new setting of ‘The St. John Passion’, yet Bob Chilcott has done just that.

What is the point of any concert? To send the audience away happy. That was a success then! The loud and enthusiastic applause said it all. Messiah number 82 told us that "Under David Gostick, PCU continues to enjoy its singing and to delight its audience".
