Don't report crime here, call 999 or 101.
Don't like my post, don't comment. Be safe ๐
@PCSB999@Plodding_on1 Haha yeh so a cop gets allocated them, we have all set to investigate them. some teams do share them out between the group but my group allocate an officer or two depending on the volume. So this set there was a total of 45 crimes. So there's me and another colleague this set.
So I'm on crime car this week. Which basically means I get allocated a boat load of investigations which have already been crimed. I think between today and yesterday I'm looking at getting 25 in total to deal with this set ๐ฌ
@Plodding_on1@PCSB999 It is! I was like that's not too bad, then I saw what the jobs were and most are going to need some time to deal with and got a handful of ones which will be filed due to no evidence to progress ๐ฌ
So after having a lovely 5 nights away in Cornwall and relaxing in hot tub on an evening. I'm back to work mid way through set. Two night shifts to go then days off again ๐
So yesterday I worked my normal duty 1500-2300 and it was a steady shift. I volunteered to stay on to assist the group after me and during this attended an incident and arrested a male who was being aggressive and then spat at me. By far the most disgusting thing to do ๐ก
First shift back after NYE night shift. Still tired from that set ๐ today I'm sitting a flat awaiting boarding up. All the police cars seem to be faulted but today I've got the ford Kuga to drive. Have a good day everyone!
So, worked new year's eve night through till 7am new year's Day. Was as busy as expected with emergencies coming in every minute. Before we started we all brought some food for a team buffet. #Egroup#newyearseve2024#policing
