Into 20+ years of serving the people of London, 9 of that in the Met, worked with some of the best people life has to offer, some amazing times & a lot more tough ones, the job just isn't worth it anymore.

Tragic news that a friend & colleague took his own life yesterday, he was just a kid at 23 years old.

He brightened up the darkest of days with his smile & his caring nature.

Thoughts with his family, his friends & his team 🙏.

A devasting day 😥
