@FoggedIn_MEG @JoshFintech @JoshFintech would love your insight here. But from my experience it was not common practice 3-5 years ago due to the cost of installing and maintaining a service. Unless it was intuit, GMail, Microsoft, Xero, etc. But it’s gaining popularity as cyber incidents grow.

@JacobBSchroeder (2/2) We want to control the apps it integrates with we want to drive our simplicity and our needs from it sometimes at the expense of the client. Providers can more easily sell to the advisors advantage than they can to the clients advantage.
@JacobBSchroeder (1/2) Clients want to be met where they are. Most want some sort of digital experience that can be managed centrally, however the risk adverse nature of the profession and providers are over complicating the solution.
@JoshFintech @Fischbooks Couldn’t agree more!!! It’s causing us to rethink how we engage with apps and to what level as it diminishes our client experience and relationship when they have 1M different portals to interact with us.
