Hey @united my plane had to be de boarded due to a maintenance leak of fluid and delayed me by two hours. Anything you got for making me miss a couple important meetings, including an interview?
@united cancelled our flight next weekend and changed it to a flight the next day. They’re making us call to change flights, but will charge us for their mess up. Customer service is nonexistent.
@SouthwestAir we are now on rescheduled flight number 2 and delay number who knows. Stop blaming ATC and weather and own up to your own staffing mistakes. This is ridiculous
