@DS_Tom_Hamm From memory, the LSGC medal is applied for after 20 years are completed with good conduct. So it should only ever be presented in your 21st year. But well done on achieving the landmark

@STVNews Everyone needs to look at what are deemed valid forms of ID. Police warrant cards, Fire Service and NHS ID cards are NOT accepted, even though they all carry them every day. #missedatrick

@TheJoeySwoll I may be classified as old but I will outwork these kind of people every day. As an old guy I learned how to act and work in a gym when I was a young guy and thankfully we were too busy working hard and minding our own business to worry about anyone recording us in a gym
