Can’t stress enough how important this is! Especially when 49.5% of Irish people over the age of 70 have a disability! 👴💪♿️

👉 Try to call on older neighbours and offer to assist them in severe weather
👉 Ensure that they have sufficient supplies of food and medications
👉 Ensure that they have sufficient fuel supplies to maintain heating in their homes
