Thoughtful Thursday. When it comes to our wellness we need to figure out what works for us. We aren’t all the same and so we need find the right set of tools that works for us. Keep working on adding to your toolbox because what you need can changes over time.
Wellness Wednesday Tip! Have a virtual coffee or Happy Hour. Schedule time to have a virtual connect over cup of coffee with your friends, family or coworkers. This could be a great time to share self-care tips, feel connected and have some time for yourself.
Mindfulness Monday! Mindful breathing. Be aware of your breath and focusing on it. This usually slows down breathing patterns, making you feel more relaxed. As you focus on how air moves in and out through your lungs, mouth and nose, it is a form of calming meditation.
Fit Friday! Today find one way to be more active than you would be if you didn’t think about it. Cheer yourself on for making that effort. Repeat as many times throughout the week!
