A joint effusion occurs when extra fluids flood the tissues around your joint. To help aid with your effusion at home, we advise using heat/Ice, or taking antibiotics. Make sure to also speak to your doctor about undergoing an Arthrocentesis.

A Biophysical Profile (BPP) is a prenatal ultrasound done after the 28th week of pregnancy. This noninvasive diagnostic test helps evaluate the health of the fetus. It measures body movement, muscle tone, breathing movement, heart rate & amniotic fluid level.

Aortic valve stenosis is a type of valvular heart disease. The valve between the lower left heart chamber and the Aorta is narrowed and doesn't open fully. This reduces/blocks blood flow from the heart to the aorta & to the rest of the body. Treatment depends on the severity.
