Delta didn’t load our luggage when they loaded us. 4 days later our luggage sits in Madrid while we are in Sevilla but no one seems to care about our holiday as much as their own… @Delta @AirFranceFR that have had 48 hours arrange some type of transfer…

@TOTOUSA Pay a lot of money for a toilet you would expect customer service to answer warranty questions when said toilet has a failure that floods your downstairs... A crimp on a water supply line should not fail in less than 18 months... its also not repairable by design...
