@virginmedia They offered her a paltry £10. We wrote back to say that was not acceptable and asked to reconsider. This was before cancellation. We will take to Comms Ombudsman. The girl today was shocking. Had clearly not read case note. Absolutely zero prioritisation it seems

@virginmedia Yes it has been and one of your complaint handlers called today. Who was totally unprepared and did not even know the engineer was due. I’m so upset on her behalf. To be left over Xmas and NY with no entertainment, on her first weeks in her new flat is awful.

@virginmedia Due to emergency leave. However she called twice to check and no indication this would happen. I’m sorry but do you realise the impact on a girl living alone? Then to leave her a further 3 working days is borderline cruel.
