@iefimerida Μηχανήματα βιοαναδρασης (biofeedback) υπάρχουν εδώ κ δεκατίες και χρησιμοποιούνται ευρέως από κλινικούς ψυχολόγους, θεραπευτές συμπεριφοράς, και ψυχολόγους υγείας. Ίσως και από άλλους υγειονομικούς, αλλά αυτό δεν το γνωρίζω. Οι θεραπείες αυτές είναι απλές, ασφαλείς, και χρήσιμες.

@herogrig Πέρα από το detox και ίσως το red light που φαίνεται να έχουν κάποια επιστημονική βάση, αλλά μπορεί κανείς να τα κάνει κατ’ οίκον (βλέπε νηστεία και μάσκα φωτός), τα υπόλοιπα είναι από άνευ τεκμηρίωσης και ως και επικίνδυνα fads.

The word democracy is Greek. Yes, women and slaves were excluded very much the way women were until the 30s

@DrGipps Formulation, initially tentative, inevitably occurrs in the therapist’s mind. I share mine even at the end of the initial interview. To refine, propose, test, have it corrected by the person receiving it & co-define it eventually is transformative for both parties I think. No?

@atrupar Chuff & redirect, never answer the question, change the subject instead with increased eye blinking rate & slight dupper’s delight at the end. We pay the ticket to this show with our hard earned € & $. We are equity holders with no return. Our return is siphoned to men like this

@TheodoreLytras Στην Ελλάδα τα προβλήματα στον χώρο της υγείας είναι πολλά, δεν περιορίζονται στις επαγγελματικές προοπτικές κ στους μισθούς. Τα πανεπιστήμια πολιτικοποιημένα, τα στάνταρντ πρακτικής κ δεοντολογίας μη υπαρκτά,η έρευνα κ η παραγωγή γνώσης δύσκολη,η εξειδίκευση μάλλον περιορισμένη.

@JonathanShedler Perhaps not so much a reflective “self-report,” but more a fleeting emotional reaction of the moment affected by high arousal.
We are all occasionally victim to that, to a greater or lesser extend in response to events in the face of which we feel overwhelmed.

@sMariusGrigonis @chris_avramidis Ναι! Αλλά τα λιπάσματα που απορροφούνται πιο γρήγορα εξαντλούν κ το έδαφος πιο γρήγορα με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται ξανά κ ξανά και ξανά. Είναι δηλαδή ένας φαύλος κύκλος που προάγει την συνεχή αγορά του προϊόντος για να διορθωθεί η ζημιά που έχει προκαλέσει το προηγούμενο προϊόν.
