@Hillingdon my bags just get thrown somewhere without care and on a windy day, good luck finding them! So how is this going to be any better with the tags?? I’m going to end up paying, then my bags will vanish, the neighbours will help themselves to them so they don’t have to pay the fee!

@Hillingdon@Hillingdon do you ever answer the phone? 45 min and still no response! You want me to pay for garden waste collection with tags on the bags to denote I paid, but half the time I don’t get my garden bags back despite a clearly visible number on them!
@HMRCcustomers I suggest you educate your agents as to UK law. It’s not my job to do that for @HMRCcustomers . THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME! Clearly your agents cannot even read a waybill properly
@UPS_UK Yet again UPS are trying to scam me into paying import tax on a delivery that does NOT require import tax to be paid. Maybe you could actually train your agents on UK law?
@UPS_UK say the following, apparently it is @HMRCcustomers@HMRCgovuk who cannot apply the law correctly. Import dity is calculated based on the cost of the goods, EXCLUDING the delivery cost

Per law, any goods worth £135 or less (this does not include the delivery charge!) are import tax free, unless containing alcohol or Tobacco. The delivery info clearly states that this is chocolate!
