Real Challenge for City Admin!! If u want Mumbai Realty resurrection levies must be curtailed; if u do so, city's revenue will see drastic reduction. Our say, Rate of getting revenue will be half, but Rev. quantum would be same with expected Surge, this will set ball rolling!!
