@Dustin88Stone @SebJackson90 Respectfully disagree. While size is a disadvantage for sure. The biggest hurdle is equal opportunity. At a young age boys are identified early & offered specialized coaching, ice time & groomed for NHL - girls dont. For every Caulfield out there could be a Nurse.
