@ad4m_Val@Jay_000555 Hard working player, looks at the game uniquely but in a good way. Always a good resource to have on a roster, especially as an emotional leader

While the result is considered it isn't a major contributing factor, just like in trial games. Its an individual performance evaluation and how close/far away is a player in terms of skill from an international level in all categories of playing. Style is also a very key factor, based on some of the teams we watch and how individual players adapt to their team's style we let our analysts pick apart every aspect showcased across multiple vods to build a candidate's profile to see if they would suit the style and gameplay my team of coaches are most strongly suited towards. Most player's competing this year have been analysed without them realising and while it is definetly possible that we missed someone off our scope and wasn't in our draft, we have already looked at the majority of middle-top players in the scene. We also spread our net wide by asking key pillars and players at random, their perspective on who they view as potential candidates. There has been only a handful of players we have missed so far that after analysing we felt had potential and later down the line if problems occur we will look at fitting them into a system. But in terms of an open trial to every and all players, it can simply not be accommodated with the short schedule we were given. Again I will reiterate, if I had longer notice and more time to work with, I would do open trials to involve as much of the community as possible. The circumstances given were not the most comfortable or ideal, I believe in fair treatment and purely deciding through methodology and care very little for feelings and knowing the right people. I have a neutral opinion to everyone in Valza and have handpicked Game Analysts who have never interacted with South African Valorant to ensure everything was done as fairly as possible without bias.
