🚨📰🚨NEW out of Idaho: Bryan Kohberger attorney Greg Rauch is firing back at Latah County prosecutors, accusing them of "regurgitating" court rules rather than addressing concerns raised in his motion to disqualify Judge Steven Hippler from the case.

In the 12-page filing, he writes the prosecutors have attributed concessions to the defense that were never made, mischaracterized the motion and failed to address some of the arguments Kohberger's lawyer did make.

"The State’s Response does not resolve this motion by repeating the ordinary rule, supplying concessions Petitioner never made, or calling the disputed statements routine," Rauch wrote.

Kohberger is attempting to undo his guilty plea in the University of Idaho student murders that killed Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin in November 2022.
