A fantastic day of football for our @Year6Beck mixed football team who took part in the 1st ever Cascade Cup @SWFCCP & came out as WINNERS 🙌����🙌
Goals galore, fantastic passing, excellent teamwork, awesome saves & a penalty shoot out win in the final. Couldn't be more proud 😇

A great afternoon orienteering in Concord Park for 12 of our KS2 children this afternoon.
They competed in teams of 3 boys and 3 girls in Y3/4 & Y5/6 races. The 1st team to find all of the controls wins.
Our amazing girls teams finished in 2nd place in both of their races 🧭🗺️💪

Before half term lots of our @Year6Beck children completed the Level 1 and Learn to Ride @BikeabilityUK course with @CycleNorthUK ready for their residential to @thornbridgeout this week!! Next week some of them will also be completing their Level 2 course 🚴‍♂️💪🚴‍♂️

Our Y2 cricketers had a fantastic afternoon @ShiregreenCC yesterday as part of the @ArchesSSP All Stars Cricket festival. Hopefully it will have inspired some future cricketers 🏏🏏🏏

Congratulations to @MonteneySport who won both their girls football matches at last nights @sfs_sports league comp that we held here @BeckSchool.
Our girls team started off the night with an emphatic 6-1 win before losing 2-0 to finish as runner-up!

Congratulations to @hartleybrookPE who won last nights Y5 football competition and move on to the @sfs_sports finals in a few weeks. We lost 2-0 to Hartley Brook but won 3-2 in a fantastic game against @windmillhillpe scoring with the last kick!! #football ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Last week we hosted the Y6 Boys football league for the schools in our @sfs_sports cluster. Well done to Watercliffe Meadow on the narrowest of victories, winning on goal difference by +1 goal and good luck in the finals @sufc !! #football ⚽️⚽️⚽️

On Friday, 30 children had a fantastic learning experience taking part in a scooter session with @sallyhaddon_ from @SY_STARSAwards. The children learnt how to ride their scooters safely around pedestrians and traffic. It was great fun! 🛴🛴🛴
